Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You own the top of the funnel. Inbound leads and campaign responses land in your queue. You qualify them, diagnose what the business actually needs, and book the demo. This is a real sales-development seat: pipeline metrics, call reviews, and a clear path into a closing role once you're consistent.

You open net-new business. You pick a territory and a vertical, build the target list, run outbound by phone and email, and get in front of owners nobody has called yet. Partnerships and referral channels are fair game too. If you like being early on an account and owning the whole opening, this is the seat.
