Built for dental & orthodontic practices

Dental marketing that fills the chair and keeps it filled.

A practice can be busy and still be losing money in two places at once: new patients that cost more than they are worth, and existing patients quietly falling out of recall. Both are invisible without reporting that goes past the ad account.

Veyri Labs runs new-patient acquisition and the retention machinery underneath it — booking, reminders, recall, reactivation, and reviews — and reports on cost per new patient rather than cost per click.

What actually decides it

The three things that move the number in dental.

Recall is the whole business

A patient who stays in recall is worth many times a new patient acquisition. Practices that market hard and manage recall by hand are refilling a leaking bucket.

High-value cases behave differently

Implants, ortho, and cosmetic cases have long consideration cycles and need different campaigns and follow-up from a hygiene appointment. Averaging them together hides both.

Health advertising has rules

Platform policy on health and personal attributes constrains dental creative, and patient information carries privacy obligations that shape what can be used in marketing at all.

The playbook

What we run for dental businesses.

One team on every channel, so the ads, the site, the follow-up, and the CRM are built as one system instead of four vendors pointing at each other.

01

New-patient search campaigns

Google campaigns split by what you actually want more of — emergency, hygiene, implants, ortho, cosmetic — because those have wildly different values and should not share a budget or a bid.

02

Paid social for high-value cases

Meta campaigns for implants, ortho, and cosmetic work, where the decision is considered rather than urgent, with follow-up built for a longer cycle.

03

Online booking and instant response

Booking wired into your practice schedule and an immediate SMS on every enquiry, so the new patient is not left waiting for the front desk to get free.

04

Recall and reactivation automation

Automated recall for patients due and overdue, and reactivation campaigns for those who have quietly stopped coming. The cheapest production in the practice.

05

Treatment plan follow-up

Sequences for accepted-but-unscheduled and presented-but-undecided treatment, which is usually a substantial amount of production sitting idle in the software.

06

Review generation and reputation

Post-appointment review requests and monitoring. Dental decisions are heavily review-driven and the map pack rewards steady volume.

07

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Service and city pages, profile maintenance, and the local signals that put you in the map results for the searches that convert.

Questions

Dental marketing, answered.

Do you integrate with our practice management software?

We build alongside it and integrate where the system allows. What is possible varies a lot between platforms, so we confirm it before scoping rather than promising a two-way sync that may not exist.

How do you handle patient information?

Marketing systems are kept out of clinical data. Campaign and recall automation runs on the minimum information needed, and we will not design a flow that moves patient detail somewhere it should not be.

We are a DSO with multiple locations.

That changes the structure — separate profiles, separate local pages, and reporting per location rolled up. The build is the same underneath.

Can you guarantee a number of new patients?

No, and we will not quote one. We can tell you what we will build, what we will report on, and how quickly you will be able to see whether it is working.

Is recall automation worth it if we already call patients?

Almost always, because manual recall is the first thing dropped in a busy week. Automation makes it consistent and frees the front desk for the calls that need a person.
