Built for agents, teams & brokerages

Real estate marketing that survives a long buying cycle.

A real estate lead is almost never ready today. Someone downloads a home valuation in March and lists in October, and the agent who gets the listing is the one who was still there in month seven. Most agent marketing is built for the first forty-eight hours and nothing after that.

Veyri Labs runs the whole engine: the ads that generate the buyer and seller leads, the funnels that capture them, the follow-up that keeps you in the conversation for months, and the CRM that tells you which conversations are actually worth a call this week.

What actually decides it

The three things that move the number in real estate.

The lead ages for months, not days

Seller leads sit for a long time before they list. A campaign that is judged on week-one conversions gets switched off long before the leads it generated were ever going to transact.

Speed to lead decides the buyer side

Buyer enquiries come in from portals, ads, and your own listings at once, and they are contacting several agents. Whoever replies first usually gets the showing.

Your database is the cheapest inventory you own

Past clients, sphere, and old dead leads are already yours. Most agents have no systematic way of touching them, so they buy new leads instead.

The playbook

What we run for real estate businesses.

One team on every channel, so the ads, the site, the follow-up, and the CRM are built as one system instead of four vendors pointing at each other.

01

Seller and buyer lead campaigns

Google Search for high-intent queries ("sell my house fast", "[city] realtor") and Meta for home-valuation and new-listing offers, split so seller and buyer leads are tracked, costed, and optimised separately rather than averaged into one meaningless cost per lead.

02

Home valuation & listing funnels

Landing pages built around one action, with the address capture, the valuation delivery, and the follow-up wired together, so a lead is never a name in an inbox that somebody has to remember to work.

03

Instant lead routing and speed-to-lead

New enquiries fire an SMS and a call task within seconds, routed to the right agent on your team, with escalation if nobody picks it up. The lead hears from a person, not a drip, on the first touch.

04

Long-horizon nurture

Multi-month email and SMS sequences with market updates, new listings, and price-change alerts, so the agent is still present in month seven when the seller finally decides. This is the part that most agent marketing skips.

05

Database reactivation

Campaigns aimed at your existing sphere and dormant leads: past clients, expired enquiries, everyone who once raised a hand. Cheapest pipeline in the business and almost nobody works it properly.

06

Local SEO and content

Neighbourhood and city pages, market reports, and a Google Business Profile that is actually maintained, so you are found by the searches that happen long before anyone fills in a form.

07

CRM built around the pipeline

Stages that match how a real estate deal actually moves — enquiry, contacted, appointment, listing agreement, under contract, closed — with the automation, reminders, and reporting hung off those stages.

Questions

Real Estate marketing, answered.

Do you work with individual agents or only teams?

Both. The engine is the same; the budget, the routing rules, and how many people the leads distribute to are what change. We will tell you honestly on the call whether the numbers work at your volume.

We already buy leads from a portal. Does this replace that?

Not necessarily. Portal leads and leads you generate yourself behave very differently, and most agents should run both. What we usually fix first is what happens after the lead arrives, because that is where portal spend is quietly wasted.

How long before real estate campaigns produce listings?

Buyer-side activity moves quickly. Seller-side is a long game — the campaigns generate valuation leads early, and those leads list on their own schedule, which is frequently months out. We report on both separately so a long-horizon channel is never judged on a short-horizon number.

Can you work inside our brokerage CRM?

Usually yes. We either build in the CRM you already have or stand up a new one and integrate it, depending on what your brokerage mandates. We will confirm which is possible before any work starts.

Who writes the market content?

We do. You review it. Nothing publishes under your name that you have not seen.
