Built for dealers, service centres & shops
Automotive marketing that fills service bays and moves units.
Automotive splits cleanly into two businesses with different economics: moving units, and keeping the service bays full. The second one pays the bills at most shops and dealers, and it is usually the one nobody is marketing properly.
Veyri Labs runs both sides — local search and paid campaigns for acquisition, and the reactivation, reminder, and review machinery that turns a one-time customer into a service relationship.
What actually decides it
The three things that move the number in automotive.
The map pack decides local service
Most people looking for a shop or a service appointment never scroll past the map results. Profile quality and review velocity decide who gets the call.
Your service database is a revenue engine
Every car you have ever touched is due for something. Most shops have that data and no systematic way of acting on it, so they market to strangers instead.
Phone handling is where the money leaks
Missed calls and unreturned voicemails are the biggest single loss in automotive service, and they never show up in an ad report.
The playbook
What we run for automotive businesses.
One team on every channel, so the ads, the site, the follow-up, and the CRM are built as one system instead of four vendors pointing at each other.
Local search and map pack
Google Business Profile built out properly — services, photos, hours, Q&A, posts — plus the local SEO pages and citation work behind it. This is the highest-return channel in automotive service and it is mostly unglamorous maintenance.
Service-intent paid search
Google campaigns on the specific jobs you want more of — brakes, diagnostics, tyres, inspections — rather than one campaign for "auto repair" that spends against everything.
Online booking for the bay
Booking that puts a real appointment into your schedule, and instant SMS response on every enquiry and missed call so the customer is not left to call the next shop on the list.
Database reactivation
Service reminders and reactivation campaigns off your existing customer records — due for a service, overdue, never came back. The cheapest revenue in the business.
Review generation
Automatic review requests after completed work, which is what actually moves map-pack ranking over time, plus monitoring so a bad review is answered rather than discovered months later.
Inventory and unit campaigns
For dealers: paid social and search against inventory, with the lead handling and follow-up wired to the same CRM as the service side so a buyer becomes a service customer automatically.
Missed-call and after-hours capture
Every missed call gets an automatic text back. It is a small piece of automation and it recovers work that would otherwise simply be gone.

Questions
Automotive marketing, answered.
We are a single-location independent shop. Is this overkill?
No, but the order changes. For a single shop we normally start with the Google Business Profile, review generation, missed-call recovery, and database reactivation, because those produce work without an ad budget. Paid comes after.
Do you work with franchise dealers?
Yes, with the caveat that OEM co-op rules and brand guidelines constrain what can run. We will work inside those; we will also tell you where they are costing you performance.
Can you use our DMS data?
Usually we can export from it to drive reminders and reactivation. Full two-way integration depends on the system. We confirm what is actually possible before scoping.
How do you handle review requests without breaking the rules?
Requests go to every completed job, not just the ones we expect to be positive, and there is no incentive attached. Gating and incentivising reviews violates Google policy and puts the profile at risk.
What about call handling?
We track and record calls so you can see where bookings are lost. Fixing the handling itself is a training conversation, and we will show you the calls that make the case.
