5. How We Disclose Information
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients. We require our service providers, by contract, to use personal information only to perform services for us and not for their own purposes.
Service providers / processors (contractually restricted)
Vendors that perform services on our behalf, including hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel), our CRM and automation platform (HighLevel / GoHighLevel), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), telephony and SMS delivery (e.g., Twilio), email delivery, and rate-limiting/ caching providers. These vendors are restricted to processing data only to provide services to us.

Providers such as Google (including Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Some of these disclosures may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising — see Section 6.
Legal, safety & compliance
Government authorities, regulators, courts, and other parties where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Veyri Labs, our users, or others, and to enforce our agreements.
Business transfers
A successor or acquirer in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, subject to this Policy.
With your direction or consent
Any other party you direct us to share with, or where you otherwise consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your telephone number or SMS/text-messaging opt-in data or consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. This applies regardless of any other disclosure described above. See Section 8.
6. Sale & Sharing of Personal Information; Do Not Sell or Share
We do not "sell" personal information for monetary consideration. However, like most modern websites, we use advertising and analytics technologies — including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — that may disclose online identifiers and internet-activity information to those providers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA/CPRA") and similar state laws, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information that may have been "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising are Identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity, disclosed to advertising and analytics partners. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your right to opt out
You may opt out of this sharing at any time by (a) emailing hello@veyrilabs.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share," and (b) enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (see Section 10). You may also limit tracking through your browser and cookie controls (see Section 7). We honor valid opt-outs for the browser or device from which they are received.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising.
Strictly necessary
Required for the Sites to function — security, load balancing, and session management. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Analytics
Help us understand how the Sites are used. We use Google Analytics 4. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising
Used to deliver and measure advertising, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, which may constitute "sharing" (Section 6).
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out methods described in Sections 6 and 10. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. Where required, we present a consent banner and honor opt-out preference signals.
8. SMS / Text Messaging & TCPA
Veyri Labs operates an SMS/text-messaging program and is committed to compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), FCC rules, and carrier and CTIA requirements.
Consent & program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking a clearly labeled, unchecked box on a form), you consent to receive marketing, promotional, follow-up, and informational text messages from Veyri Labs at the number you provide, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message categories include inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, and account or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or any reasonable indication that you wish to stop) to any message. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days; you may receive a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@veyrilabs.com or (854) 504-3866.
No sharing of mobile/SMS opt-in data
No mobile information, telephone number, or text-messaging opt-in data or consent will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To the extent any categories of personal information are otherwise disclosed as described in this Policy, those categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS consent is not transferable or assignable and applies only to the specific Veyri Labs program for which it was given.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. This program is intended for individuals 18 and older.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
Notice at collection
At or before the point we collect personal information, we provide a notice of the categories collected and the purposes of use; this Policy serves as that notice.
10. Global Privacy Control & Opt-Out Preference Signals
We recognize and process opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent. If you are logged in or otherwise identifiable to us, we will apply your opt-out more broadly where feasible.

12. Information We Process on Behalf of Clients (Service Provider / Processor)
When we provide our hosted CRM, AI-agent, and marketing-automation Services to business clients, we process personal information about those clients' end customers and leads solely as a service provider (CCPA) and processor (other state laws and the GDPR), on the documented instructions of the client, who is the controller.
In that role, we are contractually prohibited from:
- selling or sharing that personal information;
- retaining, using, or disclosing it for any purpose other than performing the Services, or as otherwise permitted by law;
- retaining, using, or disclosing it outside the direct business relationship with the client; and
- combining it with personal information from other sources, except as permitted by applicable law.
If you are an end customer of a Veyri Labs client and wish to exercise privacy rights, please direct your request to that business — the controller of your data. We will assist our client in responding to verified requests as required by law.
13. International Users; GDPR & UK GDPR
We are based in the United States and our Services are directed to the U.S. market. If you access the Sites from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies to personal information we control:
- Legal bases: consent (e.g., marketing), performance of a contract (providing Services you request), and our legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Sites, B2B marketing), balanced against your rights.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
- International transfers: your information is processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, using the following criteria:
- Leads & marketing contacts: until you opt out or request deletion, and for a reasonable period thereafter for suppression and recordkeeping.
- Client account & CRM data: for the duration of the engagement and, after termination, for the export/retention window stated in our Terms of Service, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
- Billing & transaction records: as required for tax, accounting, and audit purposes (generally up to 7 years).
- SMS consent & opt-out records: for as long as required to evidence compliance.
- Analytics & logs: for limited periods consistent with our providers' defaults and our security needs.
When no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate the information, unless a longer period is required by law.
15. Security & Breach Notification
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, hashed and salted credentials, vendor diligence, and periodic security reviews. We follow written incident-response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. If you suspect unauthorized access to your information, contact us immediately at hello@veyrilabs.com.
16. Children's Privacy
Our Sites and Services are intended for businesses and for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@veyrilabs.com and we will delete it.
17. California "Shine the Light"
California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You may direct questions to hello@veyrilabs.com.
18. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Sites may link to or embed third-party websites, platforms, and tools (such as scheduling and payment widgets). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
19. Accessibility
We strive to make this Policy and our Sites accessible. If you use assistive technology and have difficulty accessing any part of this Policy, contact us at hello@veyrilabs.com and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
